AV Builders London is a family owned and operated contracting firm with more than 15+ years of experience in the building construction sector. The owners of the business are very active in the daily operations of the business, with key involvement at every level, from management to site supervision to actual onsite construction work.

It is our goal to complete the project to the highest of standards, on time and within budget. This is achieved with the closest of relationships between all parties appointed to the project. It is through this approach that we can offer the quality, time and relationship that ensures the success of all our projects.

Who We Are...
AV Builders London Limited (formerly AV Builders), was founded by Agim Vuthaj in 2008, with the sole aim of creating a construction company which Londoners could rely on for meeting their construction needs. Agim brought along with him an extensive amount of experience as Gas Safe Registered plumber and NICEIC qualified electrician, as well as a strong attention for detail and quality which has always been prevalent on every project which has been carried out by AV Builders London. 

Over recent years AV Builders London has experienced exponential growth, which can be stemmed down to the high standard of workmanship that has been carried out by AV Builders London all over the capital. You can rest assured knowing that from initial design stages all the way through to the final signing off of the project, we will not only meet your requirements, but we will make it our duty to exceed them.

At AV Builders London, we have expanded our in-house team and built an extensive network of industry professionals and sub-contractors, which enables us to deliver a unique and bespoke service on all of our construction projects whilst bringing our clients ideas and dreams for their property into fruition.
