A full strip-out and renovation of a flat in Bermondsey, London involved a comprehensive overhaul of the space, starting with the demolition and removal of all internal walls, fixtures & fittings and finishes back to a plain canvas. Following the strip-out, the renovation phase focused on creating functionality whilst incorprating a bespoke modern interior matching the vibrant area of SE1. This involved reconfiguring the layout for better space utilization, installing new plumbing and electrics throughout. The design is typically contemporary, featuring high-quality materials and finishes, open-plan living areas, and energy-efficient appliances. The project aimed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality, resulting in a stylish and comfortable home in the vibrant Bermondsey area.
