This project involved the refurbishment of a former council flat located in Islington into a modern, sleek yet cosy property. The project included structural alterations, such as knocking through an internal wall to create an open-plan kitchen and living area, improving both space and natural light. The full refurbishment also involved installing a new fitted kitchen and modern bathroom, laying new flooring throughout, and carrying out complete electrical rewiring to meet current safety standards. In addition, new plumbing and central heating systems were installed to enhance efficiency and comfort. The project was completed to a high standard, ensuring a modern and functional living space.
