AV Builders London Ltd successfully completed a contemporary roof extension to a residential property in Islington, creating a highly functional and architecturally striking addition to the home.
The project comprised the construction of a modern zinc-clad roof extension, carefully designed to integrate with the existing building while delivering a clean, contemporary finish. As part of the works, solar panels were installed to the roof, enhancing the property’s energy efficiency and supporting sustainable, low-carbon living. Internally, the new space was thoughtfully arranged to maximise practicality. Bespoke built-in storage units were designed and crafted to make optimal use of the available space, providing tailored storage solutions in keeping with the overall design. A compact WC was also formed within the extension.
